Don’t be fooled by the empty landscapes and undisturbed water. We were there at 07:00 and still had to dodge plenty of tourists to get the photos. This was early in the season, at the end of July. There was a wedding photoshoot already going on. Around 09:00 or 10:00 there was a flood of people at the entrance and a long queue to the rental boats. On the drive back we saw also a long line of cars waiting at the checkpoint where the police only allows you in after other cars leave.
